Wenke Greenhouses is proud to support our local community in a variety of ways.
Tours:
We enjoy having school groups, garden clubs and more visit our production greenhouses. The tours last about 1 hour and can be customized to the group. No charge. To arrange a tour, please contact us at 269-349-7882 or email judy.hammer@wenkegreenhouses.com.
Good Neighbor Days:
On specified days, Wenke Greenhouses donates extra product from our wholesale production facility to local, non-profit organizations. Click here for more information.
Other Types of Donations:
For many groups, the Good Neighbor Days provide the plants they need. For other types of donations, please submit a written request a min of 2 weeks in advance to lisa@wenkegreenhouses.com or fax 269-373-6166 or mail to 2525 N 30th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
If you would like to be considered for some other type of donation, please send an email with the following information:
- Date of event
- Name of the organization requesting the donation
- Purpose of the organization or specific event
- Contact name, address, phone, fax and/or email
- Details of what is being asked for (specific product, gift certificate, money)
